Flexible Study Pathway for Project Management

Progress through Levels 4, 5 and 6 and work towards an International Graduate Diploma in Project Management, a degree-level qualification aligned to international higher education standards. This pathway enables learners to study at their own pace, with the potential to complete the full progression in approximately 24 to 36 months, while benefiting from a more flexible and cost-effective alternative to traditional university routes.

Project Management Courses

Level 4 (First Year of University-Level Study)

The Higher International Certificate in Project Management (EduQual Level 4) is a 120-credit qualification academically benchmarked to the first year of a UK undergraduate degree.

This online project management course provides learners with a strong foundation in business management while introducing core principles of project management practice.

The programme integrates essential management knowledge across areas such as the business environment, organisational structures, and marketing fundamentals, ensuring learners understand how Project Management operates within wider business contexts.

The Higher International Certificate in Project Management is an open-access qualification, with most learners typically completing the programme within 6 to 12 months, depending on study intensity.

Level 5 (Second Year of University-Level Study)

Building on this foundation, the Higher International Diploma in Project Management (EduQual Level 5) extends study to a total of 240 credits and is academically benchmarked to the first and second years of a UK undergraduate degree. Level 5 study develops a more advanced and applied understanding of Project Management, including quality assurance and process improvement as well as advanced business topics such as managing people and operations management.

Entry

The Higher International Diploma incorporates all units from the Higher International Certificate in Project Management at Level 4, with a further 120 credits at level 5, and so it also open-access.

Learners with a recognised Level 4 qualification in Project Management or a related discipline may be eligible for direct entry at Level 5 via the Top-Up route with reduced fees; please contact Click College for details.
